Use of the form below (much preferred!)
E-Mail the flight information to AHC Bob Mumford at bobmumford@supanet.com. If you choose to file your flight reports via E-Mail, please make sure that your e-mail contains ALL the information that is requested in the form below.

Notes on filling in the form

Enter you name, pilot ID and e-mail address
Enter the total time you are submitting flight reports for (i.e. if you are submitting three reports of 1 hour length, then the total is 3 Hrs, 0 Mins)
Fill in up to 6 flight reports. If you need more fill the page in again.
Press the Send button at the bottom of the page.
If you have not entered a name, pilot ID and a valid e-mail address, or put invalid or no entries in the Total flight time then the report will be rejected, please make sure you do this correctly!
