It is intended to make the download, installation and flying the scenery as easy and enjoyable as possible. However in a (hopefully small) minority of cases things might not go as smoothly as we would like for one reason or another.
To help anyone who is in this situation we have provided a number of resources to help you out if you have problems, please do use these resources, we can normally sort you out pretty quickly!
Resources (probably in the order you should need to use them)
The readme.htm file or manual provided with the scenery
Please do read them, I know it is tempting to just have a go and do things without reading anything, which works in the majority of cases, but if it doesn't do read the any information that comes with the scenery.
The Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) Page on these web pages
It may turn out that the problem you are experiencing is a common one and has a simple solution, these common problems and solutions will be on the FAQ page. This will be added to if a new problem exists, so do check back.
Both the author and other users of the scenery visit the Support Forum for the scenery on a regular basis, feel free to post any questions or problems I am sure there will be someone along to answer/help you out pretty quickly.
